Wash 8 pairs large, skinned frog legs

Soak frog legs in salted water for 15 minutes; drain

Marinate frog legs in Lemon Butter Sauce for about 30 minutes, turning several times.

Drain, reserving marinade:
1 cup butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
