Roll small ball of vanilla ice cream in flaked coconut.

Roll larger ball ice cream in coconut. 
Place small ball atop larger ball.

Use corn candy for ears, raisins for eyes,
cinnamon candy for nose, slivers of gumdrop sticks for whishers, long strip of gumdrop for tail.
